Why Whole Leaf Matters in Pu-erh Tea Bags

Most tea bags contain dust. Not as a criticism — as a description. The contents of a standard commercial tea bag are CTC (cut, tear, curl) processed or finely broken leaf, ground to maximize surface area for rapid extraction.
