We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery. Usually, we will ship to your address from our China warehouse by air freight. But please note: air freight is not a fixed mode of transport, we will choose the appropriate mode of transport according to your delivery address, the volume and weight of the goods, and other factors.
Shipping Fee
For orders of $150 or less, a $30 shipping fee will be charged.
For orders over $150, we offer free shipping.
Free shipping for orders over $150 applies only to the United States (excluding remote territories) and Canada.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders using Maihong International Logistics, a trusted cross-border logistics provider.
All shipments include tracking and are delivered directly to your doorstep.

We ship to the following countries/regions: the United States,Canada
Please Note: The United States delivery areas don’t include Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii State, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). For example the following zip codes: 01002 /01004 /01005 /01007 /01008 /01010

The order delivery time is divided into two parts
Order processing time:
Approximately 1-2 business days. The daily order cutoff time for orders is 5:00 pm (PST). After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received on the same day. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we process the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders ship within 2 working days after order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holidays might experience delay. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping time:
Approximately 7–10 business days. We use air shipping to deliver your order so that you can enjoy our tea as soon as possible.
Please note that delivery time may be affected by unexpected situations such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, or public health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19). In rare cases, international shipments may experience additional delays due to force majeure events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notification.
Please note, after handover to the shipping carrier, the logistics provider may take 1–2 days to activate tracking information.
If your order has just been sent out, please wait 3-5 business days for the updated tracking information.
If your order is already in transit, but has had no update for several days, usually it will be updated until the parcel reaches the next shipping station. Please kindly wait for updates.

Address Change
Once the package is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us at support@antrilea.com
Order Cancellations
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure.
However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@antrilea.com with your order number as soon as possible.
About Tax
There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country.
If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
Missing Items
We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process! Please contact our support team at support@antrilea.com to enquiry if you would like either a refund or a replacement for your order.
